Accommodation ranges from economy queen rooms and spacious deluxe rooms to seasonal cottages and two-bedroom Farmhouse Suites with kitchens.

The rooms at The Harwood Hill Bennington are individually arranged rather than built around one repetitive motel template. Regional artwork appears throughout the accommodations, and each category brings a slightly different balance of space, bedding, and layout. All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, fresh-brewed coffee facilities, cable television, refrigerators, and individual temperature control.

Most accommodations are located on the ground floor, which keeps access relatively simple. The exception is the Farmhouse Upstairs Suite, located on the second floor of an older farmhouse building. There is no elevator on site.
